    Project:

    In this role, I conducted a comprehensive audit of the entire IT infrastructure, including reviewing backup strategies, processes, and solutions. Based on these findings, I provided technical and security recommendations and ensured the integrity of backups for servers in both production and factory environments.

    I implemented an automated backup restoration system and validated its effectiveness against ransomware through rigorous testing. Additionally, I reviewed and refined the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and worked on log management systems to trace actions, actors, and timelines across all levels of criticality.

    I collaborated with the Aberdeen infrastructure lead to define the 2026–2031 infrastructure strategy, supported internal teams with training on infrastructure and security topics, and established a comprehensive documentation and change management system. I also developed a group-level technical architecture document and participated in various infrastructure implementation projects. Finally, I implemented an IT Business Continuity Plan and provided expert support during major incidents.
