Previous work includes: conducting full feasibility study for a new online product with online distribution, including production of full business model and financial case; production of omni-channel marketing strategy for a South West based broker; leading the digital transformation for a large FS company, including large project delivery, team recruitment & management, third party procurement, digital acquisition channel management and P&L.
