About Mats
Sta me toe mezelf even voor te stellen. Ik ben Mats, 33 jaar, Handelsingenieur beleidsinformatica van opleiding met intussen meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in IT development & business development.
Initieel als een van de eerste werknemers bij Resengo, waar ik een zeer veelzijdig takenpakket had van business development en functionele analyse + programmatie van nieuwe features, customer support tot consulting voor grote klanten. Vervolgens als oprichter en tech lead bij Youreka waar we een eigen presentatiesoftware hebben gecreëerd van scratch die door klanten zoals P&G, Nissan, Upgrade Estate, Easyfairs, RSC Anderlecht, Ryder Cup, NMBS, ... gebruikt wordt.
Ik voel dat de tijd rijp is om mijn kennis te delen met andere bedrijven en nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan.
De skillset die ik intussen heb vergaard is ontwikkeld in de rollen van:
- Business analyst
- Functioneel analyst
- Developer
- UX designer (basic, maar hoort onlosmakelijk bij alles van A tot Z ontwikkelen)
- Team lead/manager
- Innovatie & optimalisatie consultant
De ideale rol is voor mij dus ook een waar meerdere van die rollen gecombineerd worden in een omgeving waar zeer snel moet kunnen worden geschakeld.
