Projects:
• Partnered with Nectar360 to launch Nectar Connect, using Open Banking data to give Nectar customers personalised offers based on their spending habits (and provide Nectar with category-level data and insights). Open Banking Expo Awards finalist (‘Best use of Open Banking data’). Outcomes: network audience scaled by 500k (863k bank accounts linked through the programme to date).
• Conceptualised and launched self-serve customer insight tool CAP (Cardlytics Analytics Portal), for merchant advertiser partners, powered by Bank customer transaction data. Outcomes: won 10 new blue-chip logos (including Sainsbury’s, Costa, Just Eat) within first 12 months driving £3.4M in incremental revenue. 18% YoY increase in annual budget commitments.
• Delivered ‘Globalisation’ initiative enabling Cardlytics to bring products to all markets more efficiently. Convergence of all tools and processes (Global campaign management and reporting tools/ Bank approval and customer service tools). Commercial outcome: enables 10x scale in merchant demand. Operational outcome: reduced brand onboarding time by 20%.
