UX Professional with over 18 years of experience. I work as a Freelance UX Lecturer and Trainer, UX Design consultant and User Researcher.

As a UX Designer & Researcher, I can translate your requirements into seamless User Flows and effective Wireframes, create clickable Prototypes and Visual Mock-ups. I can conduct User Research, both Qualitative and Quantitative to learn more about your digital audience and how they interact with your products and conduct Usability testing to identify issues and generate recommendations for improvements.

I've worked for some of the UK's biggest media brands, where I've delivered end-to-end UX research and design projects, as well as managed teams, given countless presentations, run Workshops and delivered training.

As a UX Lecturer and Trainer, I can provide freelance UX Lecturing and trainer services in academic as well as corporate training settings. I currently lecture on a UX Apprenticeship Degree program and regularly deliver UX Training sessions and intensive bootcamps.

I have created and delivered academic content in UX for both undergraduate and postgraduate level courses.
