Following the successful establishment of Marra, I was promoted to Senior Developer, where I have taken on a pivotal role in shaping the company's technical direction and delivery excellence. As the project lead on most engagements, I guide initiatives from initial client introduction and business problem discovery through to solution design, development, testing, and final handover. I build strong client relationships, quickly establish trust, and ensure that solutions meet business needs within agreed timelines and budgets.

I manage and mentor small fusion teams, providing technical leadership and fostering individual growth through continuous support and upskilling opportunities. Within the organisation, I am responsible for creating and maintaining technical standards and training materials, especially around key areas such as RPA and Copilot Studio, drawing on my deep experience in these domains.

I also play a key role in commercial activities, responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Invitations to Tender (ITTs), preparing detailed proposals including costings and project profiles, and contributing to sales pipeline development.

As a key member of a fast-growing Microsoft Partner specialising in Power Platform, I lead the design and implementation of robust governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to optimise the management of Power Platform environments across multiple client organisations. I own the setup, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of these environments, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.

I collaborate closely with clients to assess their current solution architectures and provide strategic recommendations that drive improved ALM practices, streamline development pipelines, and enhance overall platform maturity. This includes designing and deploying custom automated scripts, JavaScript web resources, and plugins to extend Power Platform and Dataverse capabilities, maximising return on investment.

My role spans the full Power Platform stack of Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents and Power Apps enabling me to deliver end-to-end solutions tailored to diverse business needs. I serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing technical expertise with strong client relationships to align platform strategies with organisational goals

Setup my own organisation for private tutoring for individuals who wanted to learn C# .Net. This is something which I do in my spare time and have gained some students of whom I have been tutoring and developing small scale projects with to grow their understanding of C# .NET. I have now had multiple students and enjoy doing this in my personal time as it enables me to keep upskilled with C# Development.
