I am a fractional Programme and Transformation Delivery Lead with extensive experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology and operating model change across regulated, multi-vendor environments. I support senior leaders in stabilising delivery, establishing effective governance, and translating strategic intent into executable, outcome-driven programmes.

My experience spans programme mobilisation, delivery reset and recovery, PMO setup and optimisation, and executive-level delivery assurance. I have led multiple workstreams within large transformation programmes, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and offshore delivery partners to manage risk, dependencies, and critical milestones. I am comfortable operating across agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, and frequently work in environments where delivery confidence is low and clarity, pace, and ownership are required.

I am regularly engaged to resolve delivery challenges such as missed milestones, fragmented ownership, unclear governance, and inconsistent reporting. My approach is pragmatic and hands-on: quickly diagnosing issues, implementing fit-for-purpose controls, and providing clear, decision-oriented insight to senior stakeholders. I place strong emphasis on stakeholder alignment, delivery cadence, and transparent communication to restore predictability and confidence.

Typical engagements include fractional programme or delivery leadership (1–2 days per week), programme mobilisation or reset, PMO and governance uplift, delivery assurance and independent health checks, and executive support during high-risk or time-critical phases. I have particular strength in coordinating complex, multi-vendor delivery and supporting organisations through critical phases of transformation.
