As part of SPW Digital, I support the design and evolution of digital

public services by acting as a bridge between business needs and

technical implementation. My responsibilities cover the entire

functional analysis process, from requirements gathering to delivery

follow-up:

• Requirements analysis & process modeling: Collaborated with business

stakeholders to collect and formalize needs, define use cases, and model

business processes using BPMN and UML.

• Documentation & specifications: Produced clear, structured documentation

including business rules and user stories to guide development and QA

teams.

• Agile collaboration: Worked within Agile/Scrum teams, actively contributing

to refinement sessions, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews

to ensure continuous delivery and stakeholder alignment.

• Process modeling & documentation: Created BPMN diagrams and functional documentation to formalize workflows, support communication between stakeholders, and facilitate implementation.

• API integration & automation: Set up RESTful and SOAP API connections between internal applications and federal services; developed batch processes to automate official email delivery to eBox accounts.

As an developer at I collaborated closely with university professors to deliver tailored media analysis solutions. I designed and developed a Python-based web scraping tool to collect data from various French-speaking media sources, handling diverse formats and ensuring data quality. The collected data was stored and managed using SQL databases to facilitate efficient querying and analysis. Additionally, I contributed to projects involving the development of deepfake technologies, exploring innovative AI applications in media intelligence.
