When I arrived, my role was to carry out a complete overhaul of the financial department in close collaboration with the CFO.
I coordinated the different missions of controlling within the group (7 countries and various distributors).
• Monthly consolidation of the P&L at a group level
• Creation and daily implementation of new performance monitoring dashboards
• Setting up a file for calculating sales commissions
• Daily contact with the external accounting firms in the different countries of the group
• Creation of dashboards with Zoho Analytics (BI) to track KPI and help BoD taking strategic decisions
• Participation in the preparation of budgets/forecasts from 2019 to 2022
