RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

- Strategy & IT Landscape Map digital capabilities to strategic priorities. Develop and administer the digital project portfolio.

- Staffing & Managing Teams Manage IT and development team personnel. Retaining, and recruiting IT talent

- IT Governance Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely Establish IT policies, strategies, and standards.

- IT Delivery Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure. Enforce a sufficient backup strategy and implement a disaster recovery plan

- Financial Accountability Create and follow up the annual operating budget for the IT department Perform periodic cost efficiency checks and maintain contact with major IT suppliers

- Innovation and Change Act as champion within the change management project Always be on the lookout for innovative technologies & software
