As Product Manager, I ensure business request from internal customer (Ahold Delhaize brands in 6 countries) are captured, prioritized, developed and delivered together with common evolution of our mobile app and web platforms. I am part of a Business Digital Experience team of 7 people and we interact continuously with large IT development team. We apply Agile principles to maximize the value delivered to our customers (SAFE methodology) Our daily stakeholders are: Brands from 6 countries, Group's digital strategy teams, design and strategy agencies

As Digital Program Manager, ... # I act as a facilitator to realize the digital transformation of the loyalty programs of EU brand: creating (or re-vamping) digital-first programs, letting them evolve and improve with latest trends including personalization and artificial intelligence features # I bring solutions for 6 markets of Ahold Delhaize in Europe (Belgium, Luxembourg, Greece, Romania, Serbia and Czech Republic) # I interact with C-level stakeholders from the brands and the Group to define strategy and capture business needs in order to transform them into a program. Eventually, I create and enable project with digital development teams and other technical systems required to implement the changes # I am part of a Business "Digital Experience Team" responsible for the global customer's digital experience for all brands in scope and all digital devices (mobile app, web but also in-store devices)
