    e-office helps people collaborate effectively using Microsoft technology, enabling the creation of smart organizations. As a Microsoft FastTrack Ready Partner, Jumpstart Partner for Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Viva, and Windows 365 Cloud PC, as well as a strategic partner for Tech for Social Impact, e-office supports organizations in delivering the full digital workplace within Microsoft 365.

    Following my previous assignment at Curio, where I closely collaborated with the e-office organization, I was familiar with their people, products, and culture. I was asked to step in temporarily as Team Manager for the Business & Change team, consisting of 15 consultants (M365 Trainers, Adoption Consultants, and Change Consultants).

    As a fast-growing Microsoft Partner, e-office is a dynamic and evolving environment. While the pace of change was high, the team itself required stability and structure. In my role as Team Manager for the B&C team, I was responsible for:
    - Personnel matters (including performance management cycle)
    - Coaching team members
    - Recruitment and selection
    - Scheduling customer projects (Exact)
    - Managing customer escalations
    - Shaping internal organizational vision

    After COVID, Curio has implemented the Microsoft 365 Suite extensively. The organization is also transitioning to a matrix structure with portfolios and sectors. To streamline and standardize internal (digital) collaboration, a change project called "Adoption of M365" has been launched, aimed at organizing work agreements across the organization and providing training. Additionally, the organization is in a state of flux, leading to several (information management) challenges. I have been able to fulfil various roles for Curio.

    PROJECT MANAGER ADOPTION M365
    My role was an intermediary between the supplier, e-Office, which provided the training, and Curio. We started with stakeholder management with the Boards of Directors, followed by designing a training program for the organization. Eventually, a planning process was established to arrange training for the difficult-to-schedule population of teachers (due to their availability).

    PROJECT MANAGER REPLACEMENT INDEQA
    Indeqa is a tool used to support board meetings, utilized by 11 committees and 150 users. Indeqa reached its End of Life and needed to be replaced. A process model was developed, along with a package of requirements and wishes. Two fit-gap analyses were conducted on alternative solutions. The project was then handed over to an internal project manager to select and implement the iBabs tool.

    INFORMATION MANAGER / BUSINESS CONSULTANT
    I conducted various analyses and wrote advisory reports in line with the enterprise architecture and information management principles. I also participated in an Intake and Architecture Board. Examples include the setup of a new communication flow for new students, advising on exam distribution, and designing a new account creation process.
