HR-projects within industries such as construction, (petro)chemistry, logistics, accounting, insurance, mechanical/E&I/welding/piping, medical devices, fire protection, industrial water treatment, materials technology & recycling, human resources.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting of (technical) blue and white collar profiles.

SPOC for HR related questions for internal clients (various departments +1000 employees).

SPOC for temporary workforce, campusrecruitment, initiate and coordinate traineeships.

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screenings, assessments and in-person interviews.

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.

Lead employer branding initiatives.

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Set up partnerships with secondary and high schools, training centers/ providers.

Familiar with social media, resume databases and professional networks.

Knowledge of different Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs): Yellow Yard, CVWarehouse, Zoho Recruit, Connexys, Workday, VISMA EasyCruit, SuccessFactors.

Multilingual: professional level of verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French & English.

A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.

Flexible with regard to relocating to different sites within Belgium and abroad.
