Working with start ups around the UK on full scope business growth, from idea to launch and beyond including the design, develop and execution of their digital strategies.

Acting as a CTO Advisory for our start-ups and technical consultant to larger corporations, it was my job to support the client from technical idea through development and then release. I would act as the technical expert for start-up, scale ups and multinational organisations, providing knowledge, leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle whilst managing the development teams and reporting directly to senior managers and stakeholders. My roles included:

- Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.

- Creating ambitious financial targets and forecasts which form the basis for achievable team targets for the relevant senior management and teams.

- Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.

- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

- Overseeing the vision, scope and development of client facing technology systems, ensuring that the solution is scalable and supports the company's strategic mission and long-term goals.

- Attracting and securing private equity and debt funding, managing investor relations and managing the board of directors.

In 2017 I co-founded the multi award-winning start-up and have served as both CEO and CTO for the past six years. During this time, I have overseen the design, mapping, and prototyping of the app, as well as the creation of various mobile and web-based systems that form the complete imployable software solution. Through my leadership, development teams have been able to build Android and iOS applications, as well as web-based management systems that also incorporates big data intelligence. This solution has gained the attention of major corporations and government organisations, supporting over £100m in government infrastructure projects.

As the Senior Project Manager I have overall responsibility for multiple large scale projects across various industries with varying complexities. As well as managing the operational and tactical aspects of all projects, I plan, evaluate and analyse all phases of project development.
