Working across all Coty Lux brands, responsible for the design output as the sole designer within the team. Led the design process for the expansion of Gucci Beauty into 14 stand alone boutiques (including in Harrods & Selfridges). Wide array of experience from full permanent shop builds, temporary pop ups for new SKUs, down to individual FSDUs - mainly for high-end department stores (Harrods, Selfridges, Liberty), but also other department stores & high street chains. Responsible for concept through to signed off designs, before working with PMs & suppliers to deliver the final build. Mentoring the PM team in best design working practices & principles.

Leading a team of designers, ensuring a consistently high level of work is produced throughout, whilst also working on individual projects. Adjusting amount of support so designers are given the appropriate level of help whilst allowing them to grow. Tasked with growing accounts until established, at which point, overseeing the addition of other designers onto the account. Meeting, presenting and working closely with clients to fulfil their briefs. Applying 2D/3D experience to create relevant and innovative solutions, regularly implementing creative across multiple formats, including 3D renders.
