About Raphael

AI is revealing how fragile our systems and assumptions are when it comes to economic value systems, education and progress towards a future we all want to live in.

Working across universities, government, ventures and business on questions of innovation, AI readiness and how we best prepare people for a future economic landscape that is incredibly difficult to predict. Regenerative innovation is one of the key frameworks I use to think about this: designing organisations and economies that strengthen and advance the systems they are part of.

We need graduates of the future and the workforce of today to be ready to innovate, communicate and lead with judgement. I am working to help equip millions to each be a meaningful part of creating a future that is hopeful and better for all.
