Serial-entrepreneur, I've created, crashed, scaled, joined and coached multiple tech startups during the first 6 years of my career. This diverse expertise combined to a tech+business education qualified myself to lead the creation of a corporate digital incubator hosted in a big IT company. In two years, I setup a team delivering +100 projects from the one day scripting automation to the many-months platform project.

While the size of corporate and institutional projects thrives me every day, I never completely left the startup and scale-up area. I'm every day involved in opportunities to share & make use of my lessons learned.

How do I differentiate? I'm highly polyvalent and super good at connecting the dots in organisations. This ability is thanks to an always curious mindset that I also apply to my personal life, including high school piano, extreme endurance sports, philosophy, teaching, etc. I like to see myself as a powerful multi-tool designed to hit the acceleration button of digital projects.

My rate highly depends on the scope and intensity of the project. I can also easily be motivated by a mission-led target, especially when working in the education, sport or art market.

Example: I charge 30€/h/student when teaching code to an audience made of adults lost in the data&software world, but willing to find their way.

On the other side, if you need me to jump tomorrow in a role to lead a little 2 weeks intense cross function transformation project, you will most likely hit the top of my rate card, aka +1000€/d
