Delivered specialist lectures in Event Design & Production and Client Management to various BA (Hons) degree level courses at the University of Leeds, Bretton Hall, Huddersfield University and the Arden School of Theatre in Manchester. Coordinated over 500 events on a freelance basis – from a wedding in an "enchanted" garden for 350 guests, to firework displays and community theatre shows

Oversaw all food,beverage and catering requirements, health & safety risk assessments and safeguarding of valuable museum assets in line with organization procedures and practices. Mentored, trained and supervised a large number of volunteer events crew and student interns, creating online learning resources for skills development mapped to in-house role descriptors.
