About Rosa

I’m a freelance hotel sales and events consultant with over 15 years’ experience supporting lifestyle, boutique and independent hotels across London and Europe. My background includes Director of Sales and regional commercial leadership roles with international brands and boutique hotels, with a strong focus on groups, MICE and corporate sales.

I specialise in helping hotels grow revenue by building clear sales structures, improving enquiry conversion and strengthening their presence in the groups and events market.
