• • Understand the needs from internal and external clients, interact with business users and customers in order to collect and document requirements, which are, then, used to produce detailed business requirements (User Stories)

• • Organize workshops and lead meetings with different project stakeholders in different locations: Diegem, Moscow, Stockholm, Paris, Den Haag

• • Follow the SCRUM methodology and develop solutions in line with the project's objectives and the overall IT infrastructure or describe alternative solutions.

• • Play the interface role between business parties (Underwriting Domestic team, Underwriting International team, Claims team, Finance team, Reinsurance team, Legal team) and IT.

• • Ensure, by testing in the testing environment, that requirements have been correctly implemented

• • Provide support to testers during Functional and System Integration Testing phases

• • Provide support to the users during the User Acceptance Testing phase

• • Provide support to developers during the implementation of business requirements

• • Interact with various project teams to make sure that potential impacts of new developments in FIRST application are considered by other applications and systems

• • Interpret business rules and requirements fortechnical systems

• • Support the development of training material, participate in the implementation and provide post implementation support

• • Interact with software architect to understand software limitations

• • IT-related Incidents and User Service Requests Management on rotation basis in ServiceNow

• • Understand the needs from internal and external clients to produce detailed business requirements (DBR) and business test requirements (BTR).

• • Develop solutions in line with the project's objectives and the overall IT infrastructure or describe alternative solutions.

• • Play the interface role between business parties (Operations, Commercial, Network, Product, Legal) and IT.

• • Produce business impact analysis and risk coverage

• • Ensure requirements have been correctly implemented

• • Provide support to the users during the user acceptance test

• • Provide support to developers during implementation of business requirements

• • Handling of income queries which can be solved within 24 -48 hours.

• • Handling of client's escalations.

• • Deep investigation and analysis of the problem, development and implementation of solution.

• • Investigation with depositaries and agents.

• • Reviewing and updating of SOP's (Standard Operating Procedure).

• • Participation in daily meetings, raising and doing a follow up of business-related problems, organizing and handling of PSS (Problem Solving Sessions).
