Senior Tender Specialist
April 2021 - Today (5 years and 3 months)
As a Tender Specialist I'm experienced in proposal development, responding to private and public RFP's and RFQ's about recruitment and selection and other HR services. I invite the other operating companies from the House of HR-group to join the tender, when their services are requested. I stay in contact with the different stakeholders: management, account managers, the employees of the 330 Accent offices, marketing, legal,… I gather all necessary information and write a creative, commercial and attractive dossier in Dutch, French or English. One of my main tasks is to search the market for new tender opportunities, create an information database for all the different 'opco's' in the group, set a 'winning' pricing strategy… I'm responsible for all editing and finalizing of the documents and I have to make sure all deadlines and requirements are met in order for the dossier to be awarded to Accent or House of HR.

The first couple of months at Accent Jobs I worked as a sales consultant, responsible for the recruitment of higher technical white profiles in construction. When there was an open position at the division Large Accounts, I started as recruitment consultant and after 3 years I was promoted to senior consultant. In this position I was the link between our office network and the large account customers in Belgium (Dutch and French speaking).
