As HR Software Implementation Consultant, I led end-to-end implementations for various clients AZ Zeno, Alexianen, Styrka, Arxus, Confotherapeutics,... I analyzed HR processes and organizational needs, translated them into system requirements and configurations, and guided customers toward an optimal setup.

I facilitated workshops to map current and future HR processes, advised clients on best practices, and configured modules such as learning management, performance, recruitment, onboarding and talent review. Throughout each project, I acted as a trusted advisor, identifying challenges early, proposing solutions and ensuring a structured and successful rollout.

I managed my own implementation projects, coordinated with key stakeholders and maintained clear communication and follow-up. I also delivered user training so customers could work confidently and independently with the system.

Aftercare for an ERP (SAP) implementation, acting as the SPOC for change, career and leadership development to support teams in adapting and growing sustainably.
