Euroclear keeps building out the Easyway Platform towards its clients. Always expanding the functionalities and the number of users. This means a large team that transformed in 2019 towards Agile teams in a tribe structure. In 2023 the STP/Onboarding part leads to improvements in the agile structures.

Tasks, responsibilities and activities -Functional test of new application till 2019

-Performance test (PERFMON/SPLUNK/DYNATRACE/LOADRUNNER) since 2019

-Launch rehearsal + migrations in PIE

-Manage deployments + follow up deployments in PIE

-Manage data: harvest production data, generate with tools

-Support SQL performance specialist

-Global validation during pré-production launch

-Global validation during production launch

-Support production on specific topics (no hotline, no watch duty)

-Support shadow environment till 2020

-Follow up with the technical support teams for SNOW tickets

-Support external meetings vendors ( Windows, Dynatrace)

Result Taking over the PIE environments (FE/BE), handling all performance test (release, specific tasks from the teams, technical, investigation). Onboarding new performance tester with focus on the screens (9/2022). Onboarding new performance tester with focus on the MQ/XPS part (01/2023).

New development within Euroclear for "Custody". Euroclear extends the mainframe "Custody" application to a Windows platform. The project team was a mix between internal staff, consultants and employees of the offshore companies involved in the functional domain, the development and testing.

Easyway going live and onboarding clients. Moving away from only functional testing for Proceeds. Picking up some work in performance testing and deployments in IVSV/PIE/PPE/PROD.

The project team Mistral/Atlas is responsible for the software used to plan the material and drivers of the NMBS (mid and short term). Mistral and Atlas are developed by Bombardier (external supplier of the NMBS). Together with the key users, the analysts manage the functional requirements concerning the planning of the material and personnel. Bombardier needs to supply a product meeting the technical and functional requirements. Interfaces with multiple other applications require a lot of attention and are managed in the Genesis project.

-Functional test of planning software developed by external supplier Bombardier.

-Create and maintain test cases in Quality Center.

-Select tests to execute in Quality Center.

-Execute tests in Quality Center.

-Write and execute SQL statements to search and verify test data.

-Create defects in Quality Center.

-Manage defects Mistral/GENESIS in Quality Center.

-Provide feedback to analyst and project leader.

-Coordinate tests GENESIS (interfaces Mistral).

-Coordinate tests Mistral (team lead, team lead Business, analyst, key user, 3 testers).

-Coach new testers.

-Backup functional analyst, taking over during maternity leave functional analyst (6 months).

-Hypercare: user support during training (old and new Mistral-users).

-Hypercare: user support during roll-out (visiting new Mistral-users in Flanders and Brussels).

-Hypercare: feedback users towards IT-management and business-management.

-Hypercare: analysing production defects, generating workarounds for users.

-Hypercare: create and manage defects found during hypercare-activities in QC.
