Supporting Aciers Grosjean in the set up of the ESG Strategy : double materiality, sustainability governance, identification and assessment of ESG challenges (internal and external), Stakeholders management, trainings, projects portfolio roadmap, KPIs definition and Non-Financial Reporting

Advised the DSO on the design of a data sharing and open data framework and business model to expose energy data (consumption, production, injection/offtake, contractual and technical data, CRM market scenarios) to a broad ecosystem of stakeholders, market players and customers.

- Defined strategy and target operating model for open data portals and third-party data access

- Translated technical and regional regulations into actionable business processes and requirements

- Structured data access frameworks (contracts, governance, onboarding)

- Designed data products and flows around metering data (incl. near real-time perspectives)

- Acted as Business Process Analyst, ensuring end-to-end delivery in a DevOps environment
