I am a dynamic and results-driven business professional with experience in project management, sales management, and business consulting. My most recent role was as a freelance business manager, where I led a team of 35 IT professionals in the delivery of several high-profile projects, including the development of a new CRM system and the implementation of an enterprise-wide ERP system. I collaborated with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for the Belgian start-up and maintained relationships with key stakeholders.

Prior to this, I worked as a sales manager for a technical consultancy company, where I managed a subsidiary, analyzed market trends, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency. I also worked as a business consultant at a recruitment firm, where I developed and executed strategic plans, identified new business opportunities, and managed a team of sales representatives. In addition, I have experience in commercial, financial, and insurance brokerage.

I hold a master's degree in didactic and commercial sciences, as well as a bachelor's degree in business management. I also completed a leadership course at the London Business School.
