About Tim

My superpower?
Being deeply engaged with consumers - understanding not just what they want, but how they actually live. This insight allows me to improve packaging that fits with consumer habits, delivering impactful results that work at scale.

What I do:
I turn complex challenges into opportunities, making projects relatable and commercially viable while aligning brand and commercial teams. My extensive experience has given me creative freedom to work across diverse skillsets and deliver the variety and broader work that keeps innovation fresh and effective.

How I lead:
With strong leadership and an analytical approach, I've built teams and processes that transform challenging briefs into successful launches and brand revitalisations. I make it work - from concept to shelf.

What I believe:
Design should be accessible to everyone. Sustainability isn't just good ethics - it's good business. I'm committed to shifting from linear to circular economy models, proving that we can increase profits while creating a more sustainable future.

    PROJECT EXAMPLES
    AIDPOD
KIT YAMOYO: You can buy a Coca-Cola virtually anywhere in developing countries but in these same places, 1 in 9 children die before their 5th birthday from simple preventable causes like dehydration from diarrhoea. The Aidpod utilities the unused space between bottles in Coca-Cola crates and enables vital medicines to reach remote villages to save lives. The pack contains single dose sachets (not available before) and when combined with the packaging that is also becomes the measuring device and drinking cup, these cohesive features and elements ensured it was intuitive for consumers to use to help save lives.

    BRITVIC
ROBINSONS: Designed the entire Robinsons family consisting of 7 sub brands and 13 SKU's.

    AB InBev
STELLA ARTOIS: Refined and rationalised the Stella Artois bottle to achieve 7% weight saving without compromising the iconic shape.

    Kraft Foods
KENCO: Designed the iconic jar and sustainable refill pouch.
