Currently employed as a Senior Support Engineer for a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner IT Consultant and support company, supporting multiple customers with their networks, devices, and Microsoft products. These customers include UK Power Networks, NHS, Central Government, London Fire Brigade and Plan International. Experience in administration and troubleshooting of Azure cloud services including Virtual Machine management and Host pools, Certification renewal, Identity and Role management, and storage accounts. Microsoft certified expert in Microsoft Administration of M365 environments, managing Defender, Purview, Entra, Intune and Microsoft Admin Centres.
