Sole technical partner for a national research center. Resolved 30+ issues, cut page weight by over 1MB per request, and became the go-to contact for all web decisions at 25-35% lower cost than the previous agency.
Designed and built ADORE.software end-to-end: brand identity, wireframes, responsive UI, icons, and full front-end implementation, with accessibility checks at both design and code stages.
Developed a custom open-source WordPress plugin (rsd-wordpress) that integrates research software data from the Research Software Directory via their public API, allowing the communications team to embed live, filterable software listings directly into editorial pages.
Designed and built the SS-NES website on Jekyll with GitHub Pages, including custom theme development, content structure, and deployment workflow.
Replaced Google Analytics with privacy-compliant Matomo tracking, configured goal tracking and custom dashboards, and used behavioral data to inform content structure and navigation improvements.
Migrated hosting, set up staging, created documentation, and built custom WordPress blocks for the communications team.
