Liaising with Business Analyst’s to produce, technical specs and user stories from functional requirements. Leading the Developers in Agile Poker. Ensuring stories are broken down into sprints and placing these into Fogbugz(now replaced with OnTime). Ensuring Developers and testers have enough and correct information to develop and test the product. Leading in the Architecture of the System and technologies used to develop the system. Feeding back to business any backlog. Assisting in writing code around all of the above. I also had full control over the Solution Design and the tools we used.I also gave weekly feedback to the IT Director on project status.

We were porting the MVC3 Project from VS2010 to VS2013 using EF6.1,

Working on a Classified project for HMRC using Blazor WASM C#, JSInterop and Monaco Editor. Testing Frameworks of Xunit and Moq. Azure Devops to manage the sprint cycles and project board. Making use of UKIC controls where possible on the front end as well as Radzen. Configuring and using Webpack to manage front end javascript libraries. Team was spread across UK, US, Canada and Ireland.

Predominantly a front end role working on a smart metering project. Converting Angular 4 to Angular 9 including third party controls such as PrimeNG, ngx-bootstrap and making code changes to conform to AOT builds. Converting Jasmine with Karma tests to also work in Angular 9. C# used on the WebApi. Using VS2019/AzureDevops in an agile environment, SQL Server 2017 at the backend, optimizing sql views taking over a minute to respond to a couple of seconds. Working via AWS instances. Using Teams as the primary source of communication with other team members.
