At ToYou, I focused on building and optimizing Tableau dashboards to support decision-making in delivery tech. I developed SQL queries in Redshift and ClickHouse, using complex CTE structures to process large transaction datasets and improve performance. I partnered with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to translate business requirements into actionable BI solutions. My work included margin analysis, customer segmentation, and A/B testing. By automating workflows and delivering interactive dashboards, I improved data transparency and reduced the time needed for management decisions, helping the company monitor unprofitable merchants and optimize promotions effectively.

At MTS, I developed dashboards and reports to monitor credit products, transactions, and customer behavior. I worked extensively with SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata) to prepare datasets and build reporting layers. Using Tableau, I designed executive dashboards tracking portfolio dynamics, campaign performance, and key KPIs. I also automated recurring reports, reducing manual effort and errors. My role included supporting product teams with ad-hoc analysis, conducting A/B tests of new mobile banking features, and providing insights for strategic initiatives. These solutions enabled better decision-making and improved efficiency across multiple product and marketing functions.

At X5 Retail Group, I analyzed large volumes of customer transactions to identify patterns in purchasing behavior and optimize product assortment. Using SQL (Hadoop, Oracle, PostgreSQL), I collaborated with marketing and operations teams to implement a data-driven decision-making culture. One of my key contributions was in a personalized promotions project, where my analysis identified core customer segments, leading to higher campaign efficiency and increased average basket size.
