Product Owner responsible for the Settlement stream of the Euronext Securities Harmonization project meant to build one single platform offering T2S post trade processing for the four Euronext CSDs -

Euronext Securities Copenhagen, - Milan, - Oslo and - Portugal. The Convergence program is a strategic program with a 6Y roadmap that aims to have the 4 Euronext CSDs operating from the same platform, offering a harmonized experience for their clients across markets.

My role as Product Owner is to:

• Define the high-level business requirements

• Refine with the architects, functional analysts and the dedicated engineering squad

• Follow up on the features during implementation and testing As a Product Owner settlement, I am responsible for following streams

• MyENX Settlement: GUI for clients and Business Operations

• Settlement Penalties: CSDR related settlement service

• Business Operations procedures: harmonization and optimization procedures across 4 markets

Scrum master in the Tribe Risk & Credit, managing a total of 36 team members. Delivering large change projects as well as managing the Run the Bank activities.

Product Change Manager/Product Business Analyst for the new Penalties Payment Service following the European CSDR-SDR regulation. This was a 4 year complex program that had an impact on several group Clearing, Settlement and Custody business services. I managed centrally the core scope for the Euroclear group (7 group CSDs) and assisted in the implementation of the European regulatory requirements.

In the Product & Strategy team I worked closely with business sponsors, Legal, Compliance, C-level and senior management, risk management, external stakeholders (industry bodies ECSDA, AFME, competitor Clearstream Bank), and key clients. My role was to conduct business analysis, drive the ideation with stakeholders, report to the Risk Committee, draft the high-level business requirements (PRD), clarify and prioritize scope items, help identify risks, issues & dependencies, and coordinate with business and IT teams.

During my time at Euroclear, I also held the role of Product Owner for the Cash payment and settlement module of the GUI EasyWay. As the Product Owner I helped to transform traditional settlement & cash services to digital services through the GUI, managed the backlog & did impact assessments
